5. Payment Policy

5.1 Advance Payment:

A 30–50% advance payment is required to confirm any service booking. Service slots are considered confirmed upon receipt of advance payment.

5.2 Balance Payment:

The remaining balance is due upon service delivery or completion of agreed milestones. All payments are processed through secure hosted payment gateways directly to Launchouse’s bank account.

5.3 Payment Methods:

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Netbanking, and Wallets via secure payment gateways. Launchouse does not store any client card or banking information.

5.4 Refund Policy:

  • Cancellation before service initiation → Full refund
  • Cancellation after service start → Partial refund (time/effort charges deducted)
  • Service completion → No refund

Refunds are processed via the same payment gateway, with confirmation sent through email or WhatsApp.

5.5 Revision / Change Policy:

  • Two (2) minor revisions per service are permitted free of charge
  • Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges
  • Revision requests must be made within 7 days of service delivery

5.6 Security & Compliance:

All transactions are secured through encrypted payment gateways. Launchouse ensures compliance with standard data security practices.

5.7 Dispute Resolution:

All payment, refund, or revision disputes must be directed to our support team. Launchouse is committed to resolving all disputes in a professional and transparent manner.

6. User Responsibilities

By using Launchouse services, you agree to:

  • Refrain from any misuse, unlawful activity, or infringement of intellectual property
  • Not share or use our content or services for personal or commercial gain without permission
  • Respect the integrity of our website and services

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services at our discretion, especially in cases of violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
